Five Quirky Pictures from El Carnaval Vegano!

Carnival’s are usually known for their debauchery and glamorous costumes. But, they’re also known to be a time when people’s quirky sides come out. Here are five of the weirdest and funniest costumes/people, who don’t fit in with the feathers and whips, that I saw in at the Carnaval Vegano in the Dominican Republic, February 20th, 2011. Enjoy!
